With 15 years of experience as a labor and delivery nurse, I provide compassionate and knowledgeable support during your birthing journey. My training as a DONA doula ensures that you receive the best care tailored to your needs.
A Doula is for emotional and physical support, creating a calming environment to reduce anxiety and stress during labor. I also provide a variety of comfort measures to alleviate pain and discomfort. I will an advocate for you to assist in navigating the healthcare environment. I will be a continuous presence throughout labor. I will help partners feel more involved and informed on how they can support you effectively.
